Shoes look brand new, but are listed as pre owned due to eBay standard. They may have been tried on, so if they have, it no longer can be called new by eBay definition. Date code on shoe seems to be from 2008, but I have seen these similar shoes listed as 2006. I’m not sure which is accurate.

Shoes look like new, never worn, but maybe tried on making them no longer count as new by eBay standards. They are in good condition. There is some hazing of the air chambers, but some wiped off with my finger to and maybe can be cleaned even better. The bottom could have a spec of dirt from being tried on also, or being taken out of the box and set on the floor. Just covering the options based on eBay standards. If you bought them at a store, they would be considered new. But eBay has different standards to qualify as new.
