I have inspected each disc and most are in excellent condition with no scratches, some have some minor scratches but are still in great condition.  There a couple of Brand New DVDs available, this will be noted in the drop down selection.  New inventory is added frequently so the DVD may not come in the exact case show, and some will come with the cardboard sleeve.  Many even have the digital code as well.
