How to Use:
1. Plug in the Correct Power Supply, Turn It on and See If the Machine Is Running Properly. the Socket Comes with a Spare Fuse.
2. Select Different Creasing Lines As Required. Use the Tool to Adjust the Position. the Center of the Creasing Wheel Should Be Right in the Center of the Creasing Groove.
3. Check the Scale According to the Paper Size and Indentation Position.
4. Adjust the Left and Right Side Gauges.
5. Place the Trial Paper. Turn on the Power and Push the Paper over the Creasing Wheel. Adjust the Pressure As Required. Pay Attention to the Thickness of the Paper. Too Much Pressure Affects the Life of the Motor.
6. When All Is Ready, Push the Paper into the Platen to Start Working.
7. Press the Dotted Line to Replace the Corresponding Indentation Wheel or Knife Holder Installed. Adjust Certain Pressure.
A - Tool Holder Positioning Screw: Loosen the Screw, the Tool Holder Can Be Moved Left and Right to Achieve Different Sizes of Work
B - Creasing Knife Depth Adjustment Screw: Adjusting the Screw Can Realize the Switching of Different Creasing Methods and Also the Depth Adjustment of the Creasing Line

Notes:
1. Power Is Not Working: Check Whether the Power Cord Is Plugged in, Whether the Fuse Is Blown, and Whether the Socket Key Wiring Is Loose.
2. Turn on the Power, the Motor Does Not Rotate: Check Whether the Power Switch Is Energized, Whether the Motor Is Stuck, and Whether the Connection Is Loose.
3. the Pressure Wheel Does Not Rotate: Check Whether the Pressure Wheel Is Stuck, Whether the Pressure Wheel Is Too Tight, Whether the Motor Belt Is Too Loose and Slippery, and Whether the Belt Is Broken and Cannot Be Driven.
4. Indentation Crack Paper: Check Whether the Pressure Wheel Is in the Center of the Pressure Groove and Whether the Pressure Is Adjusted Too Tight. Thick Paper Pressure Can Be Adjusted Loosely.
5. Indentation Skew: Check Whether the Soft Pressure Wheel Is Tight and Whether the Side Gauge Is Vertical. Adjust the Paper Feeding Direction by the Pressure of the Left and Right Pressure Wheels If There Are Double Sets of Indentations.
6. When the Machine Runs for a Long Time, It Is Recommended to Stop for a Few Minutes in the Middle.
7. Please Note That the Center Line of the Creasing Knife Projection Corresponds to the Center of the Creasing Groove Notch.
