1. Items are usually handled within 2 working days;

2. We use air express: DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS etc. for international buyers. We will choose a best for specific product and specific country. It usually costs 3-10 working days for delivery to most countries (may delayed for weather, customs check, etc);

3. For buyer from outside US, the items will be sent from our Hong Kong warehouse or other warehouses, because this will be faster. The products are all the same. 

4. Please kindly check the items with the carrier when receive it. If it's broken, please contact us at once. We will solve it for you.

Within 30 days of receiving the item:
If you don't want it anymore, bought the wrong one or if it is faulty, damaged, unusable, etc. you can return it for a refund or replace it with a new item.

Within 90 days of receiving the item:
If the item is faulty, damaged, unusable, etc. you can return it for a refund or a new one.

Within 3 years of receipt:
Faulty, damaged, unusable, etc. you may return the item for repair. If it is not repairable we will replace it with a new one.
