Beautiful. waist is high waisted for tummy control yet you can fold down for a low waist look, too. These have not been worn more than 1 time. They are marked MEDIUM however, these run a size and a half small. These fit like an xs/sm. I wear small leggings and had to get a medium but I think an XS person would love the fit. Very snug and athletic.
