This kit is the fourth in a series of flats that I will be producing. Kit is printed in the colors as shown, I am also adding sidewalk indents to the base for realism.

This building is approximately 8W x 3”D x 5 1/2” High if used with the included base.

Sorry Bob, and the guests in the upper floors are not included in listing.
