PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT KEEP ANY ITEMS IN STOCK DUE TO SPACE LIMITATIONS. I PRINT ALL MY ORDERS IN THE ORDER THAT I RECIEVE THEM AND DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNTS OF ORDERS IT IS TAKING BETWEEN 7-10 DAYS TO PRINT AND SHIP YOUR ORDER ONCE I RECIEVE IT.

The second in a series of flats that I will be producing. This kit is the first corner Kit of a 4 building city block.

This kit printed in the colors as shown and will include the floors for the interior as well as the 3 fire escapes. I am also adding sidewalk indents to the base for realism.

This building is approximately 5“ W x 3”D x 9 1/2” High if used with the included base.

Sorry Tom, Mary, accessories and the guests in the upper floors are not included in listing.

(We print our orders in the order as they come in, due to limited storage we do not keep an inventory.
