Choose from 2 colors, polished brass (#1602) or dull chrome (#1602DCH).
Has a 180 degree wide angle viewer.
High quality, maintenance free, no wiring, no batteries. It is all mechanical.
Designed to fit wood and steel doors from 1/4" to 2" thick.
Has paper tags for labeling apartment identification number and name.
Mounting and fastening hardware includes only screws for wood doors.
We manufacture and include self drilling screws for steel doors (see the self drilling screws in the pictures above).
Requires drilling 2 holes through the door, 1-3/4" and 1/2" diameter (see the installation positioning paper template in the pictures above, for the size and location of the 2 holes. To drill the holes, the actual paper template goes on the door, and it shows exactly where to drill the holes).

Shipping from New York with USPS Ground Advantage mail can take 3-6 Business Days, depending on which state you're in.
Because this item will ship in a box that will not fit in a mailbox (approximately 8" x 8" x 5" inches), we reserve the right to ship, (at no extra cost to you), with "Signature Confirmation," so you will be required to sign for the package in order to receive it.
If you do not want to have to sign for the package, you have to let us know in advance, and once the USPS tracking shows it was delivered at your location, you will be responsible for lost or stolen item.
We ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment confirmation.

When you ship us back this item, you will be required to pack them securely in a box to make sure it gets to us safely without any damages.
Returned items must be sealed in their original packaging material, and must include all parts, and must be in the same brand new condition as shipped. (We take pictures of returned packages as we open it for inspection).
As per eBay policy, if these items have any sign of damages, bends, dents or scratches when it gets to us, we are not required to issue a refund.
All returns must be done through the eBay resolution center, or your return will not be accepted.
Once the return package is ready to be shipped back to us, please take a picture of it and send it to us. Please make sure to include your shipping label in the picture.
