Each day of the year is represented on facing pages, with versos recording notable musician birthdays on that date with a short musical notation, or an epigram or quote and the facing recto page space blank for the owner to record details relating to the person whose birth date they share with that musician. All edges gilt. Whisper of shelf rubbing to cloth at corner tips and spine ends. Endpapers at front hinge with partial split, for which we have archivally reinforced with japanese kozo. Paper. A single date we observe with a penciled name; otherwise unmarked and very attractive. VG+
