While designing our 11-speed cassette for SRAM XD freehub, we've gone for a no-compromise solution: we machined a heat-treated monoblock cassette out of steel with only largest cog made out of aluminum. When used with Garbaruk RD cage-equipped rear derailleurs, you can go up to 50T cog in the rear and significantly upgrade the range of climbs you can go up while maintaining lowest possible weight of your bike

Rear derailleur compatibility note

Garbaruk recommends operating 11-speed SRAM XD-compatible cassette with the following SRAM 11-speed rear derailleur models: NX, GX, X1, X01, XX1. However, in case you would like to use it with Shimano 11-speed MTB rear derailleur, this setup will also work well

Road freehubs compatibility note

Our cassette has initially been designed to work seamlessly when mounted on SRAM XD freehubs. However, for those of you how want to install Garbaruk XD-compatible 11-speed cassette onto a SRAM XDR freehub, we offer Garbaruk Cassette Spacer that helps secure the cassette in place on wider road freehubs
