Carousel door opens to allow loading CD's

BUT, once closed the carousel loads a CD and then continually rotates through the CD's'. I opened the back and saw no issues like stuck CD's.  The arm would pick up a CD, spin for a while, release the CD and rotate to the next.

No help with the troubleshooting section of the online manual.
