Description: A very finely engraved original, outline hand coloured, antique map of Australia in the mid 19th century. The map is decorated with several beautifully engraved vignettes, including a view of Sydney.

Condition: Very good condition. Outline hand colouring. Light age toning / handling marks. Several pin sized holes along the top edge of the sheet, well away from the printed area. Small green ink spot to lower right margin, again not affecting the printed area. Please study all the photographs carefully to fully appreciate the condition.
