Returns

We will be happy to issue you a refund if the item is in the same condition as originally shipped. Any tags or labels need to remain attached. Shipping costs are not refundable in this situation. *Items with "Free Shipping" will have the original postage amount deducted from the refund. You MUST CONTACT US before returning an item.

Refunds will not be granted if the following occurs:

• The item is returned damaged.
• If the item is washed.
• If the item is returned with an odor.
(i.e. cigarette smoke, detergent, perfume, food, animal, etc.)
• If the item is missing any parts or accessories.
• If the item appears worn.
• If the item is returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.
