Up for sale is a set of good, used, connecting rods removed from a Lincoln Aviator. They are in fine shape and should work in any Ford/Lincoln/Mercury 4.6 modular v8. explorers, mustang, E series van, F series trucks, crown vics, Lincoln mark 8s or any other badge engineered version with a 4.6 that uses full floating pins, with a nice set of new bearings. They will NOT work with a stock 5.4 block or crank without other considerations.
These are "cracked" rods that are made as one piece then the big ends get snapped in half at the big end. This makes them stronger for their material vs machining the caps separately. As such they only fit with their original mated cap and have been kept together for simplicity.
They would be a good candidate for a fresh, cheap rebuild with new pistons
Anecdotally they'll hold 500-600 hp before failure but others have reported problems above 450; your results may vary.
