Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return request, please send us a message and we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label.

To better service our customers and offer a more user friendly approach to the returns process, we offer "Free Returns" whereas the returning customer is not required to spend any additional money up front when returning the product.

Please note however this is not intended to mean that you can buy and return something scott free of any cost to you, leaving the seller with all of the costs. Initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from most returns at the discretion of the seller.
