New, never used. Unit was removed from a Dayton 3C411 / 166206A which was otherwise damaged. There is some exterior wear from storage and disassembly, including several scratches and scuffs. Unit is a genuine OEM Acme part, manufactured for and distributed under the Dayton brand.
