Custom 3D designed (using CAD software) and printed (using PLA plastic filament) muscle body rebuild kits for 1975 GI Joe Adventure Team muscle body figures sold in the United StatesPLA is a plastic filament that is durable, and bends as shown in the last picture.  There are 4 versions (upper body, lower body and upper body and lower body with snap-on elbow and ankle joints which allow you to retain the original elbow and ankle rivets) and colors (Caucasian and African American) available.  NOTE: The snap-on joints work best if the original rivet is in good condition and unbent.  If the original rivet is bent, consider using my other non-snap-on kits that include a new rivet.  The upper body kit will replace the elbow, shoulder and neck joints.  The lower body kit replaces the ankle, knee and hip/waist rubber joints.

For the lower body kits, you must choose either the narrow ankle (2.9 mm wide) or wide ankle (3.8 mm wide) version.  See 2nd picture in the listing of the feet to help you determine which version you have.  The foot on the right in the picture is the narrow type and the foot on the left is the wide type.  The narrow type typically has 2 notches right above the rivet holes.  Please be sure to select the correct type for your figure.

Please Note:  This kit is intended for use on the 1975 Hasbro muscle body figures that were released in the United StatesSee photos for example of what the back looks like for the figures released in the United States.  If your figure's back doesn't look like the photo, the kit won't work.  If you're looking for a kit for the European muscle body GI Joe's, see my other listing for Action Team muscle body kit for figures released in Germany.  This kit will allow you to repair your broken figure for display purposes.  Due to the fragile nature of these vintage figures, installation of this kit does have its risks.  The installation techniques in the included instructions are only suggestions and should not be executed if you are overly concerned about the potential damage to your vintage figure.  Use of this repair kit is done at your own risk.

See installation instruction video included in this listing for more details on how to install the kits.
