We would recommend matching the winch to the bumper, as it is very easy to jam the spool and cause gear damage by cutting a hole in a mismatched bumper to install it.

The TRX4M Defender's exclusive nylon front bumper is perfectly compatible with our store's electric winch, and is shipped loose and requires self installation. When installing the winch, do not install the bottom horizontal column first. Only after installing the winch can the bottom horizontal column be installed, which is responsible for preventing the winch from being placed in the reserved installation position. The two detachable horizontal pillars are designed to allow for the possibility of replacing the front bumper strip lights during later upgrades. Switch between strip lights or horizontal columns at will. The reserved light positions on both sides are perfectly compatible with the original bumper lights, and can be directly removed and installed into the reserved holes. Equipped with air intake grille, as the original factory air intake grille and fake winch are designed as one, they will interfere with the installation of the bumper. So we need to replace it and install the air intake grille that comes with the bumper.

Note: The tension of the winch is only 200 grams, and if it exceeds 200 grams, the gears will sweep and cause it to fall off. Please do not pull items exceeding 200g.
