* Orders are usually prepared for shipment & dropped off for USPS pick-up within two business days. The USPS parcel pick-up may not happen until the following business day & so total handling time can take up to three business days.
* Your parcel may not get scanned at every stop, so it may be several days before you get a new tracking update.
* There are often postal & weather delays. Your parcel has a long way to travel to get to you, so please consider this when selecting your shipping option.
* It is not often that the USPS site or the eBay site provides accurate estimated delivery dates. We do not process refunds simply because your order did not arrive by the estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery dates are only estimates & you should request a guaranteed shipping option before purchasing should you require it.
* If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery times listed above, please reach out to us using the "Contact Seller" link on the listing. We will initiate a lost parcel search request. Before we can file an insurance claim, USPS must first conduct a search for the parcel to confirm that it is indeed lost. This search usually takes about one week. If they are unable to locate the package, we can then proceed with filing the insurance claim. Typically, USPS takes around 30 days to process claims for lost packages, but in some cases, it may take up to 60 days. Once the insurance claim is finalized, we will issue your refund.
