Returns:
I put a lot of time and effort into testing, photographing and accurately describing the items I sell. Therefore, I do not provide refunds or accept change of mind returns after purchase.
To avoid disappointment please choose carefully, ensure that your console is compatible with any games, accessories etc. that you are buying and ask any questions you may have prior to purchase.
I am happy to guarantee that the item you will receive matches the description and photographs I have provided. However, in the unlikely event that you have a problem with an item once you have received it, I would appreciate if you could please contact me in the first instance to clarify or try to resolve the issue prior to contacting eBay. I respond to message promptly and although I have had very few problems with the items I sell, on the rare occasion that any issue may arise, I have an established track record of resolving any issues quickly and amicably.

Feedback is important to me as it assists me to know whether buyers are happy with the items they have purchased and therefore with the way I have described the item/s. It also helps me as a seller to establish a track record that buyers can consider when considering future purchases.
As you can see from my feedback, I take my responsibilities as an eBay seller seriously and put a lot of effort into accurately describing, securely packaging and promptly posting items.

All games are pre-owned, therefore if a game happens to come with a download code, online activation, redemption code, product registration code etc. please assume that it has been previously used or activated and any promotional or special offers may be outside the promotion period and/or no longer valid. If the code happens to still work or be valid - than that's a bonus!
On most occasions (depending on the time of day you complete the purchase), I will pack and post your item the same business day payment is received. All items will be posted within two (2) business day of receiving payment. For items purchased after lunchtime on a Friday, on a weekend or a public holiday, items will be dispatched the next business day the Post Office is open.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to meet these time frames for any reason (i.e. I am away on holidays), I will contact you straight away, advise you of the expected delay and provide you with the option of an immediate refund or accepting the delayed postage.
Postage Time Frames:
Please note that the postage time frames you see in eBay are set by eBay and Australia Post (not by me). Whilst most items I post arrive either on or before the expected date, please understand that this is beyond my control, especially given the current delivery delays.
Non-Delivery:
I rarely have any problems with postage as you can see from my feedback, however, that being said, once an item is out of my hands, delivery is up to Australia Post. Therefore, if you have any concerns about possible non-delivery by Australia Post, please contact me to arrange Registered Post (Signature on Delivery) for an additional cost. I am unable to provide a refund or replacement due to non-delivery or damage by Australia Post.
Combined Delivery:
I do offer combined postage, however, combined postage does not necessarily mean that any additional items can be posted for free. By combining multiple items in the one parcel, I will pack and post them at the cheapest price I can. Please contact me prior to purchase for a combined postage price or alternatively, pay the full postage listed at the eBay checkout and I will send you a refund for the difference once I know the actual postage cost.

I offer a range of postage services to provide you with different options that allows you to choose the best method that suits your preference and budget. All items are sent via Australia Post.
