From one collector to another, thank you for your interest in Groove Grids Vinyl Record Dividers, a creation born from my personal connection to the world of vinyl. Inspired by the cherished Elvis records inherited from my late father, the same records I abused as a curious child, my collection became a tribute to him.

Now with two kids of my own, listening time is a precious commodity. As my collection expanded, frustration grew with the disarray, and the quest for a specific record evolved into a time-consuming endeavour. In response, I crafted storage products that are a testament to my love for vinyl, the feel of a good old fashioned record store, and the desire for a seamless, personal connection to the collection.

Like Gary Pallister in his prime, or Gandalf at Helm’s Deep, with pre-installed adhesive and screw holes for an additional mechanical fix, nothing is getting past the Groove Grids Bumpers.

Designed to fit perfectly with the popular IKEA KALLAX shelving system, but with a clever little adapter that can expand them out to wider storage solutions, this product brings uniformity, performance, and class to a collection display.

The cushioned front face is gentle enough to avoid damage to your precious sleeves, but strong enough to give a uniform finish up front, while the Groove Grids branded rear focuses on providing enough support to take a good shunt.

Sold in sets for 4, 8, and 12 cube KALLAX systems in black or white. Contact me to discuss options for non-Kallax storage. Bin the pool noodles and bits of MDF glued together. Your collection deserves better.

1.     Ensure surfaces to which tape is to be applied are clean, sound and dry. Non-porous surfaces i.e. ceramic tiles, PVC, and IKEA KALLAX shelves must be de-greased and allowed to dry before application. Press item to be bonded firmly into place with even pressure. A secure bond will be formed immediately however full bond strength will be achieved after 48 hours.

2.     Despite the 3kg sheer strength of the tape, different environmental factors can impact the performance of adhesive. For that reason, the Groove Grids Bumpers feature a pre-drilled screw hole and recessed washer. Whilst not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that you first position and secure the bumpers to your liking using the adhesive before then using the provided 3.5 x 20mm screws and washers to complete the installation.
