Prior to listing, Finotti Vintage carefully assessed this item to represent it accurately. Although every attempt is made to list items correctly, condition of collectible items is often subjective. Items are sold as depicted and it is up to the buyer to satisfy themselves that they acquired enough info on the condition of item(s) before buying. Please review the description and images prior to bidding to ensure this item meets your satisfaction. The images are of the actual item unless there are multiple quantities listed in the ad. Die-Cast / Collectible Car Condition

Item is brand new in original packaging unless otherwise noted. Card is in excellent condition unless otherwise noted. Card may show signs of shelf or bin wear such as soft corners and/or rough, curled edges, and surface scratches. Blisterpack may show signs of shelf or bin wear such as slight bends and/or surface scuffs or marks.

Collectible Toy Condition

Item is brand new in original packaging unless otherwise noted. Backer/Card is in excellent condition unless otherwise noted. Card and packaging (including clear covers) may show signs of shelf or bin wear such as soft corners and/or rough, curled edges, small scratches and/or surface scuffs or marks.

Condition for Graded Cards

Graded card cases may come chipped, scratched, and scuffed. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or returns because of case conditions. Cases are carefully wiped and sealed in a team bag and packaged to prevent case damage.

Raw Condition for Modern Cards

Unless otherwise noted, raw modern cards are listed in Near Mint-Mint condition or better. A NM-MT card appears to be Mint at first glance, but upon closer inspection, may exhibit some of the following: minor print defects (e.g. roller marks, print line, dimple), minor scratches, slight edge wear, and slight corner wear. Centering is clearly visible in the images provided and does not factor into our condition assessment. Raw cards are sold as such, and no questions regarding expected grade or guarantees of such will be responded to.

Raw Condition for Vintage Cards

Unless otherwise noted, raw vintage cards are listed in Excellent condition or better. An EX card may exhibit some of the following: minor rounding of corners, surface wear, print defects, light scratches, and slight edge wear/chipping. Centering is clearly visible in the images provided and does not factor into our condition assessment. Raw cards are sold as such, and no questions regarding expected grade or guarantees of such will be responded to.

Payment & Shipping

In most cases we will process and ship your item(s) within 1 day of payment. Most items are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage.  eBay standard envelopes may be used on items under $20.00, such as raw cards, as applicable to reduce buyer shipping cost. Items typically arrive in 2-5 days. Signature confirmation may be required on invoices over $400.

Die-Cast Packing: During cold weather or in specific instances, we may pack your item with masking tape on or around the Blisterpack. This is to keep the pack from cracking or separating during shipping. Please carefully remove the tape and wipe any minor residue.

Trading Card Packaging: Raw single cards will come in in a top-loader. Multiple singles or lot purchases may come in snap cases or sealed in a team bag(s), and not all cards will be individually sleeved and top loaded in all lots.

Returns

PLEASE NOTE THAT FINOTTI VINTAGE DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If the item is defective or damaged, please email us as soon as possible and we will assist as able.
