This listing is for a repair service to refurbish/service your disk drive.

Missing/broken part (exluding drive belt) may incur extra cost if you wish to take that path

Shipping:

Shipping the drive to me is covered at your expense.

After purchase I will provide shipping information.

The shipping fee charged during check out is used toward your return shipping.

Please provide a tracking number or message me to avoid order cancellation.

Service Coverage: Calibration:

Includes a new polyeurothane belt and installation.

Spindle alignment.

Motor speed calibration.

Read Head calibration.

Clean excess / dried grease and refresh with modern synthenic lithium grease.

Minor cleaning may be included to improve functionality but this is not a cleaning service.

I generally will not repair drives which have sustained damage or are missing parts.

Sending me a drive which is damaged will most likely result in a return.

Please contact me in advance if you need a damaged drive repaired so that we can discuss the details.

Shipping Recommendations

It's not necessary to send the entire drive and enclosure / twin famicom.

This will increase the cost of shipping for both of us.

Try to pick a box which is appropriately sized for your drive. Larger boxes just add to the cost of shipping.

Item will be posted back in the exact same box and packaging its recived in.
