Return Policy

Please contact us prior to returning any goods

Returns are subject to the following conditions being met

We will accept returns within 30 days of item arriving to you
Returns for eBay orders can only be refunded back via eBay
All returns must be sent back in original condition, in the original packaging and with Australia Post and with a tracking number. You are responsible for any loss of parts being returned so we therefore strongly recommend that you use an insured postal service to return the goods to us
If we have sent your order incorrectly, we will cover the cost of freight for return and will re-send the correct goods to you
For any faulty parts claims, you must contact us to complete a warranty form prior to returning
Restocking fees of up to 20% may apply on returns if you make a mistake choosing the incorrect part and the return is authorised or for change of mind purchases
