Mini white marks on the outside in three spots the size of a pin point (see photo and toothpick for relative size. They are imperceivable because of the patent leather skirt reflections in the light and at every movement. I only noticed because I was looking for anything and everything to post this accurately.

Water spots on the underside of the leather (see picture) but it has no effect on the outer patent leather and is covered by the inner lining. These are on front side underside.
