SHIPPING
We process and ship all orders from our Elmhurst IL USA HQ. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 business day once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding national holidays)
All orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
If you are located outside the continental USA (HI, AK, PR and other) - please contact us prior to ordering to obtain an accurate shipping quote.
You will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives if any kind of problem has incurred with your order or payment.
In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
If you refuse any shipments from Chronotiempo.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
This amount will be deducted from your refund.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide.
Your packages may be subject to local customs fees and import duties. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Customs Authorities require us to record the cost of the item(s) on the customs form, even if the order is marked as a gift.
