Shipping

We process and ship all orders from our Elmhurst IL USA HQ. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1 business day once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding national holidays)

All orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

Free shipping applies to Continental US customers only.

If you are located outside the continental USA (HI, AK, PR and other) - please contact us prior to ordering to obtain an accurate shipping quote.
You will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives if any kind of problem has incurred with your order or payment.

In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
If you refuse any shipments from Chronotiempo.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
This amount will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide.
Your packages may be subject to local customs fees and import duties. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Customs Authorities require us to record the cost of the item(s) on the customs form, even if the order is marked as a gift.

Returns

RETURNS / REFUNDS

1. If you are not satisfied with Chronotiempo.com services and products you can cancel your order or return merchandise asking for a replacement/refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

2. Before you send any items to Chronotiempo, please contact us with your order number and we will provide you with instruction about the process All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number RMA#. A watch returned without authorization will be refused. .

3. Do not have watch bracelet sized / links removed. All products must be returned with original packaging, manuals, protective tapes, tags, manuals, warranty cards and accessories. Products must be sent back within 14 days after contacting us. All returns will be tested. In some cases return for refund found to be non-defective, may result in a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping for all non defective products. Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for warranty replacement.

4. Watches must be returned to us in brand new condition with all protective plastics/tapes, tags and accessories intact. Do not wear the watch until you are positive you will be keeping the watch. It is almost impossible for a watch to be worn, even for a short period of time, and for the watch not to be blemished or scratched in any way.

5. If you have any questions or inquiries concerning return and refund policy, please write us email.

6. Refund requests are resolved within 14 days after receiving the product. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.

7. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

8. Returns must be shipped via traceable couriers: UPS, FedEx or USPS. Return shipments must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by Chronotiempo.com.
