This is an absolutely beautiful skirt.

It is layered so the back of the skirt is longer than the front when you're wearing it.

I love it so much. Just need to downsize and I never wore it because I have too many skirts.

Waist 11.5 inches lying flat. Definitely room for stretch on the fabric as there is some spandex to it.

Front, shorter side of skirt from waist to hem is 24 inches

Back, longer side of skirt is 34 inches from waist to hem.

Fits a universal sz small, but due to room for stretch, can go up or down some.
