- The front cover was once detached, and is now held onto the book by scotch tape
- General wear around the edges from age and handling
- Some scratches, surface scuffs, small discoloration spots, dents and surface wear around the edges of the leather covers
- The metal and leather latches/straps, that once held the book closed, are broken off and missing
- A sticker is inside of the front cover with the name of a previous owner
- The binding is intact, and no pages are loose or missing. Some crimps, bends and folds on the pages
- No visible handwriting on the pages. A few tiny margin tears
- Lots of discoloration spots/browning/foxing on the pages
