All free postage listings include postage of £3.00 for courier or the current second-class postage price, depending on the weight of the item.

Clothing

Clothing Bundles:  if there are any items you would like individually, please contact me and if a bundle does not sell I can re-list the item individually on eBay.

All used clothes will be sent washed and ironed, although creases may occur in the post!

 I have tried to be as accurate as possible in my descriptions but if you need any more information about sizes etc please get in touch.

I only sell items that I would be happy to receive myself but unfortunately I can sometimes miss stains, small marks or imperfections, especially when listing numerous items.  This is a genuine mistake and I do try to show any imperfections in all my listings.

Payment

Please pay by either paypal or cheque.  All payments must be received within 3 days of the auction finishing / listing being purchased.

Shipping

All items will be well packed and posted out within 2-3 days of payment clearing.   The despatch time on eBay refers to how long it takes me to despatch an item.  Unfortunately, how long it takes Royal Mail or a courier to deliver an item is out of my hands.

I am a busy working mum of 3 and delays may sometimes be unavoidable but I will let you know if there is a delay for any reason.

If postage is charged on an item, I do try to be reasonable with my postage costs.  Please remember all prices also include the cost of packaging items.

If you would rather an item was not sent by Evri, please contact me as I can always send by Royal Mail or another courier (additional charges may apply).

Returns

Returns are accepted if I have unintentionally sent an item out without noticing a fault or have made a genuine error in the listing ie. sizings etc.  I do try to be as accurate as possible but unfortunately mistakes do happen.

 

Please contact me first if you wish to return any item.
