Customers have a maximum of 30 calendar days from the day after the item is received to organise a return or exchange with PAH Components.
If the buyer changes their mind, PAH Components refunds the price of an item / items (and original delivery charge / charges in accordance with eBay Returns policy). PAH Components will process the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item / items subject to PAH Components returns process.
Customers must return an item /items in the same condition as it was received enclosing the relevant items from the following list, also in original condition;
- • All packaging such as boxes, bags, and polystyrene
- • Accessories such as brackets and fixings
- • Manuals and warranty documents
- • "Free gifts" or bonus items
- • All items included in a bundle
