What You Need To Do:

Remove your Instrument Cluster from the vehicle. It is easy, many YouTube.com videos show you how to do it.
Wrap the Instrument Cluster in bubble wrap or compressible foam and place it in a cardboard box
3. Write down or print problem experienced with Instrument Cluster as well as your Name, Phone Number, date purchased, order number, and return address, then simply include the note in box.

4. Ship the cluster to:

Instructions on shipping your instrument cluster:

Wrap the cluster in bubble wrap inside a brand new cardboard box
Allow several inches of padded space, especially at each end, between the cluster and inner walls of the box
Clusters not packaged carefully can, and will, break while in transit
Pack as you would fine china or glass
Do not use shredded paper or packing peanuts as it may end up inside the cluster
Include your Ebay invoice, & or hand written sheet of paper with your return shipping address, email, date repair service was purchased, order number, and phone number
