These coins are uncirculated from ROYAL MINT sealed bag but they are made as bulk coins for circulation so will have marks from minting process where they have been rubbing against other new coins . 

Photo is an example of 1 coin but I have several all the same similar condition.  

Only 84,000 were ever minted in this special edition coin for 2019, so they are extremely rare.
