This military-inspired, automatic wristwatch is powered by a Miyota 8215 automatic movement. It features a new patented bezel control feature which is used to both wind the mainspring of the automatic movement and more critically the bezel is used to set both time and date with ease.  Ballast watches are inspired by submarines and the bezel control harkens back to submarine clocks and timers which had to be opened to be adjusted.
