DUCK HOUSE:

The Medium Floating Duck House has a removeable roof for easy cleaning, egg collection and general maintenance. 

Others on the market have a fixed roof making cleaning at the end of the season difficult.

The solid timber sides and roof are manufactured from quality FSC approved T & G board treated with an animal safe spirit-based treatment. 

Similar tanalised duck houses will fade to grey after 6 months and will need retreating to maintain the aesthetic appearance.

The treatment we use completely seals the timber and will last 3 – 4 years before requiring a further coat

FLOAT:

The Medium Hexagonal Float is approximately 1300mm in diameter with 3 landing platforms.

Constructed from tanalised timber incorporating a rigid 75mm closed cell polystyrene float to enable the whole unit to sit on a pond or lake away from predators.

OPTIONS:

·        A tethering kit to anchor the duck house. Comprising of 3 wooden stakes ,3 stainless steel eyelets to screw on to the float and a          20m length of polypropylene rope.

 ·         Upgrade to a Large Float 1500mm in diameter for more space for resting ducks.

 ·         We do the hexagonal floating duck house in many different sizes as well as a large range of other floating duck house.

 ·         We can supply floats on their own.
