Although very rare problems can arise occasionally and when they do we try to do everything possible to rectify them as customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.

If your goods are damaged in transit then you must sign the delivery note accordingly, do not just sign for the goods on the delivery note as this is accepting them in good order, make sure you insert goods damaged on the

delivery sheet and notify us within 24 hours of delivery, if you do not adhere to these instructions a claim cannot be considered.
