This ticket is in VG- condition.  Tix has an impression line indent running east/west and at first glance it looks to be a center fold in half crease but check out the backside pix - it's just an imprint flaw. Other common flaws like edge, surface, dinged/rounded corners, etc.. Please see pix for exact condition, pix are official description.
