Kayak 2 Fish have excellent products. I have purchased 5 kayaks in total. Most recently the next gen 11.5. This kayak is an outstanding quality. The pedal system is solid and is a replica of the Hobie system so all parts are interchangeable. The kayak it self is stable, easy to load on my car and launch by myself. I’m a larger person 6’6 and 110kg. It’s more stable than my old hobie pro angler12. Also has great hull access hatches for storage or battery placement. No water coming into the hull when out for 6 hours at a time. I highly recommend any person looking at herring into kayak fishing have a look at these kayaks. With a large range and various sizes it’s a one stop shop for all the family. Large range of accessories online also with great delivery service. The local warehouse has a great service with fantastic knowledge of all the products and a great customer focus. All in all I will be coming back for accessories and future kayaks as I upgrade.

I bought an orca triton double kayak and I am so stoked with it, it says you can fit 3 seats on it but honestly you have no leg room them so max 2 seats. I am a large male 115kgs and with myself my wife and my daughter sitting on it, it was perfect and easily held us. This is an awesome fishing kayak for a single person or 2 people. The only bad thing about this kayak is the rudder steering it sits on the side of the kayak and is hand operated so very difficult to paddle and turn and I found the current would push the rudder around and you'd start steering randomly so I prefer to lift the rudder and use the paddles for main steering. I give this kayak a 4 out of 5 I would have had it a 5 out of 5 if the steering setup was better.

I recently purchased a nextgen 9 in the desert colour from kayaks to fish Sydney, this is my third kayaks to fish kayak and they are great value for money, the comfort seat is a must and they are super stable and great to fish out of, I had a slight issue with the scupper plugs being very hard to push in but this was quickly addressed by the company, a simple fix, overall great service, price and product.

This item will be shipped to you from our warehouse in Wetherill Park (Sydney) NSW. Postage will be calculated based on your shipping postcode and the weight of the items.

For your peace of mind all our parcels are dispatched with a tracking number and require signature on delivery.

Warranty

All our products have a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service team immediately should you wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased from us.

Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.

For us to come to a resolution the issue needs to be properly identified. To assist with a quick resolution, photos will generally be required to be emailed. Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer or the item may need to be returned to repair the fault/issue. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. The replacement/repaired product will be subject to the remainder of the original warranty period.

Returns

In the rare instance that an item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.

If you have changed your mind on a product, it must be returned within 30 days of order and must be returned in original saleable condition, that being, unused in the original packaging with any original labels attached and accessories included. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.

Credit minus postage/delivery fees, will be refunded to the account the money was originally paid from. For items sold with Free Postage a 20% amount will be deducted to cover postage costs. Original cost of postage will only be refunded where the item is deemed faulty. All return shipping costs (excluding faulty items) are at the buyer's expense.
