DAVID GAGE Realist RLSTSWB1 Acoustic Bass Pickup w/ Wood Element
The Realist acoustic transducer was designed by Ned Steinberger in collaboration with David Gage.
David Gage on the development of The Realist: "Recognizing the limitations of microphones and traditional piezo transducers, Ned and I decided that for the working musician, things could and should be better. We felt a transducer should be equal in it's ability to recreate an acoustic pizzicato and arco sound through commonly used amplifiers.
Furthermore, this pick-up had to be simple, dependable, and affordable. After years of consideration and tests, we have come up with a system that achieves all of these goals.
We understand the hours of practice it takes to draw your sound out of your instrument, and with this pick-up we feel your voice can be heard more accurately through an amplifier. Both recording engineers and professional musicians have been startled by the great tone and even response when playing pizzicato and arco. Finally, you can play both pizz and arco without having to play with your controls."
Shipping Information - We Ship Fast!
ProAudioLand is happy to assist you with shipment questions from Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm PST. Inquiries and orders placed after 6pm on Friday will be answered and processed the following Monday at 9am.
- Items ship within 24 business hours after payment is received and cleared.
- UPS or USPS tracking and insurance is included.
- PO Box addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority mail (average 1-3 day delivery)
Customers located outside of the contiguous United States please note:
- Items under 2 lbs. ship free via USPS (flat padded envelope, Rate-A box or Parcel).
- Items exceeding 2lbs or $150 in value cannot be shipped with USPS, and therefore fall into the jurisdiction of International Shipments.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
ProAudioLand reserves the right to cancel and refund international orders on a case-by-case basis. In order for an international order to be processed, the buyer must agree to the following terms:
- Items ship within 24 business hours after payment is received and cleared.
- International Customers are responsible for ALL shipping, customs taxes/tarrif, fees and VAT costs.
- International Orders are final sale, no exception. No returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason.
