LOTS OF WEAR Vintage 1950's Arvin Model 5918 Small Space Instant Ribbon Heater

MISSING 2 OF THE LITTLE SLIP ON RUBBER FOOT PADS-HAS A MARKER WITH AN ARROW THAT SHOWS WHERE THE DIAL "MATCH/STOP LINE" IS. THE ARVIN IDENTIFICATION ON THE FRONT IS MISSING. THE PLUG APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN MODIFIED/UPDATED. Has LOTS of scratches, scuffs, markings, moisture wear, stains from age, use and sitting in a NON climate controlled cabin for decades where it has experienced moisture. I tested it, and, it works. The thermostat turned it on and off automatically. The element is a ribbon type, and, the entire ribbon glows when in use. I can not find an exact year for this, but, on the bottom of the unit it is stamped 5918 under model. When searching it I found an AD from 1959 showing and describing this model(I included a picture of the ad in the listing, the ad itself is not included). This was removed from a "cabin" that has not seen the light of day for 8+ years, and, before that was visited maybe once every few years.
