Updates are free for a period of one year after the date of purchase.
Afterwards, IIDTool Pro firmware updates will be available for an annual fee.
The IIDTool Pro firmware will be continually improved through the addition of
new service routines, vehicle enhancements options (modified ECU firmware’s
etc), convenience features, new vehicle coverage and many more items. The
annual fee will be adjusted once the product has matured and updates become
less frequent. This annual fee is not mandatory; if you decide not to partake
in this offer the tool will continue to function normally even without the

Specification
The IIDTool Pro will work on an iPad Mini, iPad 3rd gen and up, iPhone 4S, 5
and up, iPod Touch 5 and up, Android devices fitted with a Bluetooth 4.0
transceiver and running on OS 4.3 or higher (except for low cost Chinese
devices). Please contact us for more details.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS based on the destination. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Delivery estimate is typically 2-4 days for domestic only.
All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Refunds are less the cost of the originally purchased shipping. Any item that is returned after 45 days will have a 20% restocking fee applied.
