Produced by the Survey of India, the country's official 'map maker'. This 1980 folded paper map has great detail for the city. At the time, official Survey of India Maps were widely sold in India, but strictly forbidden to be taken 'out of county.' 

Bijapur, officially known as Vijayapura, is a culturally historic city known for it's architecture and more. The many places of interest are indexed on the map.

When unfolded, map measures approx. 30" x 20", scale of the main map is 1:20,000

Map is 'new' and has not been used, but is over 40 years old.
