This is a brand new tank top made by Spoiled Star. It is white and says "grow peace" and  has a tree, peace signs and hearts in front. Size says MEDIUM but fits like SMALL. 60% poly 40% rayon. Measures  16" from underarm to underarm. This IS size on mannequin.
