Delivery Times:
  • All delivery timeframes on eBay are an estimate provided by eBay and are a guideline only which cannot be guaranteed

  • We do not request a signature on delivery unless the item is valued at $700+ however it will be at the discretion of your local delivery driver whether or not the parcel is left at your property or if a collection card is provided
  • Express post is available on checkout for an additional cost, excluding some bulky items and dangerous goods
  • Your order will be posted within 1-2 business days from payment being received
  • Standard delivery transit times can vary from 2-10 business days and express can vary from 1-5 business days. Please note we are unable to influence transit times with Australia Post or the courier services
Return Policy
Please contact us prior to returning any goods
Returns are subject to the following conditions being met
  • We will accept returns within 30 days of item arriving to you
  • Returns for eBay orders can only be refunded back via eBay
  • All returns must be sent back in original condition, in the original packaging and with Australia Post and with a tracking number. You are responsible for any loss of parts being returned so we therefore strongly recommend that you use an insured postal service to return the goods to us
  • If we have sent your order incorrectly, we will cover the cost of freight for return and will re-send the correct goods to you
  • For any faulty parts claims, you must contact us to complete a warranty form prior to returning
  • Restocking fees of up to 20% may apply on returns if you make a mistake choosing the incorrect part and the return is authorised or for change of mind purchases
