 Brussels sprout are one of the fastest and easiest vegetables to grow and enables you

 to produce your own supply of fresh stems, leaves and roots ready to use straight

 from the herb & vegie garden. A great dual purpose vegetable.

 It has spectacular colour, is crisp, juicy, tasty and packed full of goodness.

CUISINE

Brussels sprout is such a versatile vegetable it can be used in just about any dish

 imaginable. From soups to stews, stir-fries and salads and garnishes, the combinations

 are endless. 

Tip: Always cut your Brussels sprout in half as this reduces any bitterness. To develop

 sweetness and more flavour fry them until golden or roast with olive oil and salt pepper..

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE

You will receive 100 fresh seeds. Sow in drills 1cm deep and 25cm apart from early to

 late spring if you want your crop to mature by late summer. Germination is slow, so sow

 3-4 seeds in clusters 23cm apart and sow radish between stations to mark your crop.

 When the seedlings have developed, thin to one single, strong plant.
