What could make the headliner to sag?
It could be an old car, poor maintenance, or that long trip you took in the sunny (aka HOT) southern California. Yes, overheating, just like lack of upkeep and dampness, can make the fabric slump by dissolving the glue that holds it to the roof frame. Over time and due to extreme weather conditions, the fabric may become loose and get separated from its backing board. This condition is known as ‘sagging headliner’, which you sometimes cannot avoid repairing because it gets in the way.
SOLD BY THE YARD ALL Fabrics are sold in continuous lengths. For Example: if you order 3 yards of a fabric that is sold as: 'Sold By The Yard. One Yard = 60" wide, X 36" long' You Will receive ONE piece of fabric, 60" wide by 108" long. NOT 3 pieces of fabric, 60" wide X 36" long. And so on. Price is by the running yard, so when purchasing, please remember to type the number of yards you need into the quantity box (on the top listing) and click Add to cart.
USES It can be used on Automotive Seats, Sunroof Panel, RV, Marine Interiors, Door Panels, Headliner, Home/Furniture or Commercial Applications.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS Spot clean with upholstery shampoo, foam from a mild detergent, or mild dry cleaning solvent. Do not saturate with liquid. Pile fabrics may require brushing to restore appearance. Cushion covers should not be removed and dry cleaned.
