The U.S.S. Buran was Captain Lorca's ship before it was destroyed in the early days of the Klingon war. It was a Cardenas-class ship with four nacelles that was designed by John Eaves, who named it for one of the X-plane pilots. The Eaglemoss model is just over 8.5" 22 cm) long.
