Tuning Developments have been testing and fine tuning our very own Subaru WRX STI from new, having explored various avenues of performance improvement, the finished product is now available, the Tuning Developments Twisted Rotated Turbo Kit for Subaru Impreza WRX & STI Models with EJ20/EJ25 Engines.


Throttle response is improved over the standard car, along with bucket loads of mid range torque when comparing to a factory car. A dyno overlay will be added shortly at the bottom of this page showing just how much more drivable your Subaru Impreza WRX & STI Models could be with one of these Turbo Kits! 

Tuning Developments twisted rotated turbo up/downpipe kit was designed in house to combat the problem of a lack of space around the Impreza turbochargers standard position which ultimately limits the size of turbocharger which can be fitted to the Impreza range. This in turn caps the potential power that the car is able to produce.

Our Twisted Rotated Turbo kit turns the turbo position through 45 degrees which allows for a full frame size of turbocharger to be installed for big power gains. As with all of our parts our kit is built to last and has been developed over a period of years in order to perfect its performance. Built from high grade stainless steel and utilising state of the art production methods the Tuning Developments Twisted Rotated turbo kit offers high levels of strength and rigidity to ensure durability over many years. 

This kit is what we call our DIY Kit allowing the customer to supply there own Turbocharger, wastegate and Oil Lines, The comprehensive kit is supplied with everything required for a quick and straight forward fitment and comprises of :-


- 4 Bolt Stainless Steel Full 3" Mandrel Bent downpipe assembly
- T3 3 bolt Stainless Steel Up Pipe with 44mm Tial External Wastegate take off pipe
- Stainless Steel 44mm Screamer Pipe
- Up Pipe to turbo gasket
- Direct fitment onto Standard Exhaust Header/Manifold Fitment
- All required nuts, bolts, and studs.


SPECIAL NOTE THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE A TURBOCHARGER, WASTEGATE, STAND etc. Includes everything listed above.


Our Twisted Rotated Turbo Kit for the Subaru Impreza WRX & STI EJ20/EJ25 Engines is a direct fit onto the standard catback exhaust system and onto any Stock Fitment Exhaust Header/Manifold including our in house designed Unequal and Equal Length Performance Headers/Manifold, Our Turbo Kit is capable of 700BHP+ with the correct turbo sizing and supporting modifications.

Small items are shipped with Royal Mail on a recorded basis, these are usually next day however this is not guaranteed.
Larger items are shipped via UK Mail on a next day service (Orders placed before 14:00pm leave same day)

If you are not 100% happy then we ask customers to contact us directly on 01244 880 546 to get the fastest response, instead of opening a dispute.

'Lost' items will be replaced with the same, faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement can be issued. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
