My Little Pony The Movie Design A Vinyl Twilight Sparkle mlp Hasbro 2017 colored in by a child. I tried to clean it off but it doesn't come off. Mostly markers but I did see some nail polish added to the coloring. Unique item to add to your collection or play with--or can try to cover up the marks. Fun little figure.
