1kg Coloured Polyester Gelcoats. We can supply Gelcoats in almost Any Colour using the latest GelTint Colour Mixing Technology. Please choose the Size and RAL Colour required (slight variations on sizes due to pigment mixing ratio can be expected). We mix our Geltint Pigments with Superior Scott Bader GT600 Brush Clear and White Base Material for an unrivalled Performing End Product.

Returns and Refunds

These products are Made to Order. Once the products are manufactured we are unable to offer a Refund. You will not be able to return this product. With this in mind Please be sure that you are ordering the correct RAL Colour. If in any doubt please call us on 01752 658498 to discuss your order. If you have made a mistake please cancel your order in your E Bay Account immediately so you are not charged.

Lead Times

You should allow 4-5 days for Manufacture and Delivery. We use Yodel as our delivery service with tracking provided. If you do require an urgent service and have upgraded to a Next Day Service at the Checkout please send us a message or call us on 01752 658498 to confirm this please.

Applications

These Gelcoats are used for a wide variety of applications in the Boat Building and Industrial Composite Industries. Often used in a range of moulding applications our Gelcoats provide excellent physical properties, water resistance and UV Stability. All Special Order Gelcoats are Non Refundable once Manufactured.

Preparation

Please make sure that your gelcoat has been stirred thoroughly prior to appliacation.

Mixing Ratio

Catalyst (MEKP Organic Peroxide) is to be added at between 1% and 2% depending on your ambient working temperature.

Polyester Brush GT600 Gelcoat

We supply Crystic GT600 Gelcoat, a high performance isophthalic gelcoat. It is pre-accelerated and formulated for brush application. Crystic Gelcoat GT-600 has been developed to have excellent intrinsic water and weather resistance. The viscosity profile ensures even coverage with minimal drainage and low film porosity.

Crystic Gelcoat GT-600 is recommended for use in the marine, building and transport industries and is approved by Lloyds Register of Shipping. It is suitable for general moulding manufacture, gelcoat repairs and GRP Applications.

GelTint offers the latest in pigment and gelcoat technology producing a high quality product for ease of use, finish and longevity. There is a vast range of colours available. Packaging and Storage

This product is supplied in 1kg, 5kg, 10kg and 20kg with very slight variations dependant on individual colours - The amount of base gelcoat will be increased by a small percentage with the addition of the pigment. Product should be stored in its original container, under cover, and out of direct sunlight. These must be kept closed and airtight. It is recommended that the storage temperature should be less than 25°C and the product should not be frozen. Storing the product outside of these conditions may affect the properties of the product and reduce its shelf life. Ideally, containers should be opened only immediately prior to use. Material should be used within 5 months from date of production.
